![]() ![]() It is literally 1 little letter difference on the mission and it's pretty easy to miss it and honesty, who reads all the fine print of everything they buy? (if you say you do, you lie - though you should go back and read if somethings wrong before posting it) While I do believe that buyers should be more aware of what they are buying, looking at it without foreknowledge, it is easy to see why people get this mixed up. Seems to me that you guys could either figure out a way to only have the mission appear if the user actually has the ship, or make it more clear on the page and the mission itself what the doubloons are for. ![]() This has happened both years that this type of event has run. ![]() Where as those who didn't already owned the ship get enjoy her at a significantly reduced price. This is the perk they receive for already owning the original. By adding the mission on, we create additional value for those players who would be otherwise only be purchasing for the skin. Many players who already have the standard versions of the ship probably won't be interested in the "B" versions alone as it only has the unique skin. We offer these missions for the regular versions when obtaining the "B" versions as a small perk for those who already have the original version of the ship. While I can understand where your frustration comes from, it is indicated several times, in several locations regarding the nature of the missions. Thanksįollowing up from this discussion over the weekend. Can someone ask SOMEONE in the Player Support to maybe pick up the phone and at least LOOK at my issue. Started playing my new Carrier and voila. No doubloons. On the website when I bought this boat it said I would get a mission to receive 2500 doubloons. Haven't had a single person respond to this ticket. OK.Put in a ticket this morning about this issue. ![]()
